¡¡¡¡There are three production lines in the spinning department.
¡¡¡¡Firstly, combed yarn production line, which is equipped with one set of blowing and carding machine "Tr¨¹tzschler" introduced from Germany; auto-leveller draw frames introduced from Switzerland and autoconers introduced from Japan and Germany;
¡¡¡¡Secondly, modified fiber yarn production line;
¡¡¡¡Thirdly, bunchy yarn production line.
¡¡¡¡The yarn produced by our company is famous for "new" and "special". Besides the traditional products such as cotton, polyester, viscose yarn and their blends, we have been developing bunchy yarn series, "Moly" yarn produced by discontinuous technology of spinning, core-spun yarn and wrap yarn made of filament and staple fibre. A wide variety of material is offered, of which the thickness range from 0.8 D¡«6 D, the length range from 38¡«51mm, and with different colors. They are CDP, flat polyester, polyester with middle empty, Wet-permeating and sweat-discharging polyester (filament and staple), antimicrobial polyester (viscose), UV resistant polyester (viscose), fireproof polyester (viscose), Modal, Lyocell, Tencel, polyamide fibre, acrylic fibre, etc.

Gray fabric series
¡¡¡¡The company possesses 140 shuttleless looms (among which 96 air-jetlooms and 44 projectile looms). The preparation procedure is equipped with Benninger high speed warping machines introduced from Switzerland and Sucker sizing machines introduced from Germany. We have many advanced looms, such as Sulzer projectile looms introduced from Switzerland, Toyota and Tsudakoma air-jet looms came from Japan. Its weaving capacity reaches 10 million meters of gray cloth per year.
¡¡¡¡We pay attention to introducing and applying advanced technology all through, devote to developing and innovating on products, so as to promote updating and upgrading our products. And now we have all kinds of gray fabrics from 47 to 103 inches, especially our characteristic product such as down-proof fabric, cotton spandex fabric, and those new style fabrics made of modified fiber are welcomed by customers.
