History
Hangzhou Zhonghui Textile Co., Ltd. started
as Hangzhou No.2 Cotton Textile Mill, which has gone through the
course of preparing to establish,putting into production,development
and reforming system since 1958. The major event is as follows:
1.Xiaoshan Cotton Textile Mill was established on 23rd
November 1958.
2.It formed a large-scale textile unit enterprise
with 108,000 spinning spindles, 1,584 looms in May 1960.
3.Xiaoshan Cotton Textile Mill was renamed as Hangzhou
No.2 Cotton Textile Mill on 8th August 1968.
4. It gained a good reputation for processing 30s×30s poplin
gray fabric with supplied material at the end of 1978.
5. It signed a compensation trade contract with Hongkong
Liseng Company in May 1979, and prepared to establish the south
weaving workshop possessing 720 broad looms. The workshop was built
up and put into production in April 1980.
6.We invested to establish the rotor-spinning workshop
to meet the market demand in 1988,and it became the biggest textile
enterprise in Zhejiang Province.
7.In November 1998, Hangzhou No.2 Cotton Textile Mill began
reducing spindles, bankruptcy and recombination with the approval
of Hangzhou People's Government ,and it renamed Hangzhou Zhongxing
Textile, possessing 76,000 spindles, 600 looms (among which 140
shuttleless looms), 18,000 thread spindles, 1,800 rotor spinning
spindles.
8. It was wholly purchased by Zhejiang Zhonghui (Group)
Stock Co., Ltd. (that is to say Aerospace Communication Holdings,
Co., Ltd. now) in February 2001. Hangzhou Zhonghui Textile Co.,
Ltd. was founded, which is invested by Aerospace Communication Holdings,
Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Weiliang Development Co., Ltd.. |
