Spinning lines
There are three spinning
lines in the spinning department. Firstly, combed yarn production
line, which is equipped with one set of blowing and carding machine
"Trützschler" introduced from Germany; Rieter RSB1 auto-leveller
draw frames introduced from Switzerland and autoconers introduced
from Japan and Germany;
Secondly, modified fiber yarn production line;
Thirdly, bunchy yarn production line.
Weaving equipment
The preparation procedure
is equipped with Benninger high speed warping machines introduced
from Switzerland and Sucker sizing machines introduced from Germany.
We have 140 advanced looms, such as Sulzer projectile looms introduced
from Switzerland, Toyota and Tsudakoma air-jet looms came from Japan..
Main products
Yarn counts from 7s
to 100s, a wide variety of material is offered, including pure cotton,
polyester, viscose, Tencel, Modal, Formotex, Bamboo fiber etc and
their blended yarn or melange yarn; All kinds of gray fabrics from
47 to 103 inches, and variety includes heavy drill, poplin, down-proof
fabric, crepe fabric, shirting, cotton spandex fabric, which are
made of pure cotton, poly/cotton, viscose, Tencel, Modal, Lyocell,
Moly, Formotex, etc. |

Product description
Yarn includes modified
fiber blended, bunchy yarn, Moly yarn, core-spun yarn and common
yarn series; Gray fabric includes shirting fabric, cotton spandex
fabric, down-proof fabric and conventional cotton fabric series.
History
It started as Hangzhong
No.2 Cotton Textile Mill, which was the biggest textile enterprise
of Zhejiang. There were eight products which had ever won the nation
silver medals respectively and had been appraised the excellent
products of Zhejiang province. Our quality has a very good credit
in customers.
Product orientation "New"

"Moly" has
been applied for the national patent, which we developed and produced
in 2001 .Now we have put into batch process; "Mitong"
and "Siheyi" shirting are awarded "the excellent
innovation product" and "the excellent design product"
respectively by Chinese Cotton Textile Printing and Dyeing Research
Center. Our products are sold well not only at domestic but also
in many countries such as Southeast Asia and West Europe, and they
are welcomed by customers.
